MultiChoice not keeping their promise

Ever since MultiChoice promised to call me, they never bothered. On March 16th, my fiance and I bought an HD Decoder coming with installation plus "free 3-months subscription" for Access package. Installation and activation were done on that day. However, few days later our DStv was disconnected. When we enquired we were told we're owing money. After proof that we bought a package that includes free 3-months subscription it was reconnected. However this disconnection kept on happening and then reconnected about five times or more. While that has been happening the debt kept piling up due to subscription and unnecessary reconnection fees. We ended up getting into unbudgetted debts. On May 18th we ended up paying R403,23 just to be reconnected. We haven't enjoyed free subscription at all, they never kept their word because they kept on disconnecting us. The decoder is registered under my fiance's name, Thokozile Thejane. We need our subscription money back because the free subscription never materialized. Call me on my 061 number
