Multichoice not giving senior citizens pensioner rates in private capacity

i am shocked to discover that Multichoice only offers pensioners rates to pensioners in a retirement village and force them on the complex bouquet - my mother in law is 85 living in a retirement village and switched to the full bouquet and they will not give her the pensioner rate. This is total ************** against out senior community who only has DSTV as a form of entertainment. I suggest you review this policy if it exists and change it - shame on you Multichoice!
