Multichoice Nonsense
Good day,
I don’t know if I’m the only one with issues regarding PriceLock billing. To my understanding PriceLock is R549 and you pay an extra R49 if you have Xtra View, however in August & September I’ve been debited different amounts. I reported the issue to multichoice on the 4th October which is still not resolved! I called the contact centre again last week Tuesday, spoke to one of the team leaders who assured me that issue has been escalated to billing department and someone will get back to me with 48hrs. It’s been over a week and no one has called me back! Multichoice is just running a **** show and *********** customers! Their customer service is nonsense!

On behalf of MultiChoice, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused.
In August 2019 we upgraded our customer management system to ensure the billing is in line with the contract agreement. In the past, there was an amount of R89.00 billed in arrears for the hardware of the first decoder, and this amount would be the last installment at the end of the contract. This amount was a once-off charge included in the 01 September 2019 debit order.
Please note that your account initially had an outstanding balance of R138.00. The outstanding balance was carried over to the month of October hence we debited an amount of R736.00.
We confirm that your account is now up to date.
