Multichoice ***** - NO HELP FROM ANYONE

DSTV *****!

I have NEVER been a DSTV Subscriber and money has been taken via a Debit Order from my account to Multichoice since 3 Apr 2025.

I never authorised this or ever signed up!

There is no one at Multichoice to call and no option to select to even talk to accounts and find out how this happened.

There is no way to get hold of anyone. It is terrible and pathetic and they are a disgrace.

This is a sample of the debit order from my bank statement.

So far they have taken R4800 from me!
