Multichoice NIGHTMARE

On the 13 February 2020 I bought a new decoder @dstv online store through the self help site estimated delivery 16 February till today i have not received the decoder or any assistance from multichoice or the so called on the dot couriers with a tracking number *** that does not exist and dstv order nr 130220_2081 no one is getting back to me !!!! My emails go on deaf ears !!!!! This was bought throug your site dstv and with your courier company that is linked to your site !!!!!
