Multichoice negatively affecting my credit profile

I ordered a Router (Dstv) internet in 2023. Before it even arrived I cancelled because I was working at a Wifi company so they installed Wifi 2 days after I ordered the Dstv internet. I phoned and I was told that all is well with the cancellation because i had cancelled within the 7 day period. Now im standing with "12 months in arrears" on my credit history for that. Since 2023, I was told it will be sorted and up until today it still appears on my credit history. This thing is negatively affecting my credit profile 💔💔💔😭😭😭
