Multichoice need to supply me with detailed statement if the want to get paid.

Multichoice let consultants call me to inform me I owe them money. If I ask them to send me a statement to my email they can not supply me with a statement. It is the responsibility of the company -Multichoice to give me the statement and to tell me why I owe them money. How can I pay for something if I do not get the statement or the bank account details to pay them. Really. Please leave me alone!
