Multichoice need Ls to learn that happy customers STAY . Sadly they refuse to learn

I see Multichoice is technically insolvent... I'm sure management will be surprised that subscription levels have dropped DRAMATICALLY because suddenly they are forced to realise that the one pillar they have totally ignored, ie customers, are leaving. In my case they have promised assistance, IN PUBLIC, but have failed to contact me privately - for 3 WEEKS!!!!

*******...you've promised twice before and nothing has been received! Your company needs to learn that public responses do NOT repair dissatisfaction until private follow up takes place. YOUR COMPANY DESERVES TO FAIL, as you are currently doing apparently

I finally received a call from Multichoice!@! 4 weeks later but I'm grateful that 'someone' phoned me, not an automated response.

However, as polite as he was, he read from a standard script which absolved 'them' from everything.

In fact, he said, I must drive 60kms (one way!) to have my decoder checked. Any service fee charged would be at MY cost. (PS, my decoder was 2 weeks ie 14 days out of warranty!!!) 54 weeks old when a year is 52 weeks.. what??

Then, if 'their' decoder could not be rebooted, repaired, restored ot any any word 'they' could use, I would have to but a new decoder?? All at my cost.... to watch 'their' diminishing offerings!!@

Separat note (on News24) I see Multichoice are chasing people who are *******ly streaming their programs...huh?

If 'they' (Multichoice) looked after paying customers ie considered and cared for us, the 'chase' would not be required nor necessary!!! What is the cost of 'chasing' customers instead if trying to keep us in the first place??

Oh how I wish I was not retired and keen to teach a few Richard Heads some customer retention manners!!!!!

I'll keep advertising my dissatisfied stance for as long as I deem fit... and I'm only in my 60's....

Enjoy reading my constant disgust Multichoice...
