Multichoice/Mweb/dstv

i have unsuccessfully been trying to cancel my MNet decoder. I have phoned and emailed and given details and I am still paying monthly for an old mnet machine I have not used for two years. First of all I gave all my details - then I waited I again paid the next month I emailed details and almost got my internet cut off by mistake I eventually got a form to fill in requesting all the details I had already given but again I did it I then waited and paid and waited and paid to find out that their server rejects the filled in email forms as spam!!! I then did a hullo peter to DSTV as I thought they would help they were the most unhelpful answered back saying not us its mweb/multichoice sort it with them not even forwarding my complaint or alerting them ?? that is shocking shocking as they are part of the same group. The standard of service from the multichoice group hugely disappoints me ..
