MultiChoice must just flush themselves because their service is ****

I am a DSTV subscriber who is on a 24 months fixed contract of R474. My pay date is on the 07th of every month. However knowing that I won't have enough funds in my bank account on the 07th of December I decided to pay the R474 on the 5th of December at a PnP outlet. On the 06th, I ordered 2 movies. 1 was R25.40 and the other R35. I then received an SMS on the 15th (10 days later) telling me that I did not pay my subscription and my decor was disconnected. When I queried via twitter, they didn't explain anything to me, they just reconnect my services. Now yesterday I received an SMS saying that I owe R220.31 and they just disconnected my services again. Upon inquiring, I'm told that because I ordered 2 movies on the 06th which was before the 07th the movies amount was deducted from the R474, which I totally understand. I told the person on twitter DM that I understand and I will pay the money for the 2 movies, in order for them to reconnect my services, I'm then being told that, that amount won't be enough for them to reconnect my services and when I asked why that is, they said is because I paid my account early. In all my working life, having contracts with numerous organisations, this is the first time being told that paying my account early is wrong. The person who assisted me with the verbal contract, didn't stipulate that it was prohibited for me to pay my account early, nor was it prohibited to pay it cash. I was also never told that I'm not allowed to order movies on box office because I'm on a contract.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Lesego Kwapeng (staff no. ***) whom I only spoke to for only 28 minutes. The child was kind and had humility. She kept her cool when I was ranting and raving, she was able to assist me with a query that I had spent the whole today trying to solve. Please give her what is due because she is an asset at MultiChoice, you cannot afford to lose people like her. But as for Clifford Moncho Benedict Mothupi please remove them from your social media platforms because they don't know what they doing. They are *********** and they're service leaves much to be desired. They're going to bring your company down. Cheers to Lesego Kwapeng, and may she have the blessed of Christmases. She deserves a raise or a promotion.
