Multichoice Must Fall

I've never across a company with such a blatant disregard for their customers. There is absolutely NO transparency and the agents are very dismissive if not disrespectful. I spoke to a a Thobile who refused to transfer me to a supervisor or team leader and put me on hold for 20 minutes. I'm so done with company.
