it's a tragedy that multichoice has the monopoly of this industry. now they abuse it.

on dec 20, 2014 they upgraded my package without my authorization. they subsequently charged me reconnection fees. on june 29, 2015 i requested they downgrade my package. i was adviced it can be done on the 2nd of july, but it wasnt. again i was overbilled and disconected.

on sep 4, a certain thamsanqa amos responded to a hellopeter complaint, investigated and informed me they will refund me about R900. 2months later, when i make a follow up, q new investigation is done covering the period june 29 to date. the result is that i owe them R82.50. now im disconnected.

its unfair that one can only \report"to them. it doesnt make sense that they can be their own judge. mayb the university brigade can help with a #multichoicemustfall campaign. they always \""apologise\"" and promise to follow up. they dont respond to emails i sent directly to them. they call centre agents just frustrate me until my airtime is exhausted. who are the powers who can investigate these ********** activities?"""
