Multichoice - Multitude of Gratitude

As well all know 2020 was a rough ride for most including myself. I loved my Dstv subscription but due to Covid I was temporarily unemployed and did not know what my work situation was going to be in the future. So I had I formed Multichoice, got all the relevant info and canceled my subscription as I could no longer afford it. Due to an error on Multichoice's side there was an additional amount charged and I was handed over for not paying that amount. No one was able to help me for a full year until this week. Thank you Zanele(no surname on email). She was the 1st out of 5 different consultants to actually try and find a solution. She said she would call me back, and actually did. And took responsibility where clearly everyone else was trying to dodge. Thank you for your excellent customer service, attention to detail and pleasant attitude. And resolving my query with out me having to email a million times and makes hundreds of calls. This deserved a review and I hope u are rewarded for what you have done for me.
