Multichoice -> Multi-*******

Multichoice have ****** money from me for the month of August. Premium was opened for July (Tour de France) and I explicitly told them it was ONLY for July (phone recordings have supported this). Yet when extra money was deducted I alerted them and they did not hesitate to stop the Premium service. BUT THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY!!!!!!
