Multichoice - Most *********** company with NO client satisfaction s****s!!

I have cancelled a debit order on 29/04/2019 from Multichoice and been paying cash ever after!

The 3 rd month after the debit order cancellation Multichoice decided to run a debit order from my bank account on the 15th of the month and the debit order was returned to my bank.

I contacted Multichoice to find out how can they activate an debit order without my consent and according to the lady what assisted me the debit order was never cancelled!

Ntshepu Mathithibale with a ref number she provided ***1/I334 from the JHB branch send me an email stating that the debit was cancelled! ( as per email send to me )

Ive decided to phone in again to make sure 5 days later and spoke to a Nicole lady with a ref number she provided ***1/I334 also from JHB branch and she confirmed that this email means nothing as Ntshepu Mathithibale never cancelled it !!!

I told Nicole that we are busy with a finance application and that this can reflect badly from my side to the Finance department.

The finance application was declined today due to a non payment to Multichoice and its not my fault!!!!! Thank you *********** Multichoice for making my life hell!!!

I need Multichoice to correct this expensive mistake with the necessary Credit Bureau as this was an act of incompetency and not my fault!!

My query got through to a Yolanda Mdakane.. She emailed me a letter stating the account was paid up with no reason on the letter of why they have listed me wrongly and I need to send this letter through to the Credit Bureaus as it can take up to 60 days to be removed from their side!! They are quick enough to list a person on ITC with devastating results but they are not quick enough to send a request stating that Multichoice made a mistake and the default needs to be removed ASAP!

Multichoice is the most *********** company I've came across in my life! They have NO client satisfaction return and NO client satisfaction s****s!
