I received an sms stating I owed money on my account, and my account would be suspended. Got home and was disconnected. Had to drive to DSTV in Randburg, only to be told they made a mistake. Not one clear apology for my time and effort. When I asked them what my compensation would be, they said I can ge a free movie, which did not materialise.
