21/09/2019 - Waited over 35 minutes as for assistance spoke to different people, then put me on hold for a long time and then they cut me off. each person I spoke to last night had an unprofessional, laid back snotty attitude 22/09/2019 - over two hours on the phone this morning again, problem still not resolved
