MultiChoice money mongers yet unhelpful
For the past few days MultiChoice has been unable to help but are quick to remind you of their monthly money,been calling since weekend with the problem with my extra view problem,all the necessary things they told me to buy (smart LNB) even paying their accredited installers twice but they also couldn't help bacause of their unhelpful agants,I did all the necessary requirements but I'm still not watching even after their *********** agents have been less of help,after an hour with her on the phone using my ****** airtime but no help

14 Sept 2021, 20:49What's so hard to be helped by a reputable agent and company since I've followed everything I was asked to do but unfortunately non has helped. I bought a new decoder as per recommendation from MultiChoice,again was asked to buy a new smart LNB but still nothing,sadly they won't refund me my hard earned money that I work hard for that I used on their useless stuff I bought and accredited installers
