Multichoice Mnet Gotv

I wonder if anyone out there has DTT (digital terrestial Tv) that actually works properly. Mine has been a problem from day 1, the picture is erratic and its impossible to watch a single programme with interruptions. Calling Mnet/Multichoice is a waste of time, their call centre staff have ZERO technical knowledge and have been trained only to say " you must pay your account" . Vistinga Multichoice agent is just as bad, they dont have my correct detail after many many visitstocorrect it, and you have to have at least 2 hours to waste sitting around. All of these agents etc ALWAYS try to blame you and your setup at home when its actually their transmission which is at fault, ALWAYS. Ive never had a Tv, decoder or antenna fault, its always been without exception their fault. The Multichoice call centre staffhave never ever been able to help, so , you just have to sit it out until they sort out their problems WHAT THE HELL CAN I DO TO GET DECENT RECEPTION.
