Multichoice makes the simple things very difficult

I recently signed up for a Premium stream package in order to watch the rugby world cup but now I want to downgrade to a cheaper package as I only want it for the football channels. This is not as easy a it sounds or even possible as far as I can tell without getting assistance from them. My experience has been one of frustration, as what I require really should be a simple process but isn't.
