Multichoice made my decoders worse

It’s so sad that if you don’t pay your account ,them multichoice are so quick to switch off your tv’s .but the moment there is a problem with their signal , they are so slow to fix things.Its been more than 24hrs now where 3 decoders have not been playing .All of them we playing fine , until yesterday just before the rain , use their online chat , spoke to three different consultants and now things are more worse , how do u explain that one channel plays and the other one it tells u about signal issues . After the consultants did what ever they did , now all my decoder which are all new are not playing. Now I must spend more money to call a dstv installer to come and fix something which is there problem not mine .extremely disappointed ☹️ with multichoice
