Multichoice lost the market

Took a package for Dstv Internet order no. SE***D comes.with Sim and router on 27/04/22. To date I'm unable to connect to internet. Called multichoice several occasions but noone seems to know how to resolve this. Every ageny tells me a different story, at some point they can't even pick this order up on the system. They sold me something that they can't activate on their end.

Multichoice is loosing the market bit by bit, I thought the internet thing was a smart idea for them to stay in the game
