Multichoice leave me the *&%$ alone!!!

#multichoice #dstv What a useless Company!!! They've already lost my business to Netflix (as I'm sure is a growing trend and rightfully so), so now they harass people to rejoin. I have politely (initially) sent multiple emails to their 'Customer Services' requesting that they remove my details from their data base and every time I've received confirmation that they have done so... I even gave them my ID number to ensure that this be done. These multiple emails were sent because of the amount of sms's and calls that I was getting requesting that I rejoin their overcharging, unprofessional, mediocre, content deprived organisation. They even called my Mother's house wanting to get a hold of me. Just when I thought that it was finally over (these are the last three days):

If anyone knows how to go about suing an organisation for harassment and violation of the CPA or POPIA acts please inbox me as this is an avenue that I'm going to pursue.
