Multichoice keeps taking money out my account
<p>At the end of March, we paid our yearly multichoice fee. A few days later, they debited my account over R9000 when the fees had already been paid. Today, I see they have taken another R844???? How dare you keep taking money out my account when I have paid my fees. I have not given you any authorisation to do so and each time you take your time to give it back to me. I have had enough of your incompetence. </p>

A refund has been captured to be paid in to your bank account within 4 to 7 working days .
