Multichoice keeps on harassing me

I have cancelled my dstv subscription more than a year ago. My account was month to month and I paid by eft. When I cancelled my subscription my account was up to date and in fact, I had credit in my boxoffice account that dstv refunded me , after a hellopeter complaint, and so I thought thank goodness one less useless service I have to deal with. Then a few months ago there was all of a sudden a R36 debit on my bank account. So I took to hello Peter again and dstv called me to apologise and said it was their mistake. Today I got a call from dstv asking me to pay them R36. Now dstv, you explain to me, how to I cancel a cash paid subscription plus credit in my account and after a year you discover there is R36 outstanding, then you apologise as it was your mistake and then call me a few months later to ask for your R36 again. ****it I never knew that dstv was in such financial difficulties that they try to con ex subscribers into paying them R36 . Maybe it's a dstv thing to repeat everything over and over. Get your facts straight or take me to court but don't call me again regarding R36, dstv is enough to make me vomit

Thank you Dinah. Perhaps if the rest of multichoice was as prompt as you are, dstv would have had more subscribers and less cancellations.
