Multichoice is useless

DSTV Multichoice keep on canceling my compact for a moderm Ii don't have, I don't know is it n money making thing, by robing poor people, the cancelled my viewing twise but I payed my R430 because it is what pay, they want me to pay Internet that I didnt recieve, I applyed 4 months ago for a router, a lady with the name of lebogang told me it is going to take 7 day to get the router, I am still waiting as we speak, Multichoice is realy useless to treat a customer of 12 years like that, even the richest man on earth won't pay for something he don't have
