MULTICHOICE IS THE WORST!!!!!

The worst service with the most *********** staff at their call center, I signed up for a price lock subscription which was supposed to be 670 p/m but keeps on changing every month. I paid my subscription on the 01/07/2023 (I pay on the first of every month) but for some reason my extra view got disconnected, I have been calling the call center for the entire day and none of their call center agents seem to be competent enough to assist, I ask to speak to a manager and the guy assisting me calls his friend/ colleague who is now pretending to be the manager whilst they are laughing and giggling in the background. MULTICHOICE IS THE WORST!!!!!!!
