Multichoice is taking me for a ride p

I had a 24 month price lock contract with multichoice which ended end of August and I stopped using the service and I didn't pay. To my surprise when I am reconnecting my account I see I owe Multichoice R936. I used the Whatsapp number to get assistance and it is repetitive and the call center is too busy. I need someone from multichoice to call me and explain the outstanding amount.
