multichoice is robbing people

i have the full plan and have it on debit order. in March my debit rejected and so i paid cash. i paid the amount on the sms that was send by dstv which was R 662.72. today i get cut off . so i call multichoice and speak to Phumudzo. he says that because i was on debit order i got a discount of R 2.28 which they didn't even tell me , and because i paid in R 662.72 they have cut me off and i now will need pay the R 2.28 plus R 50 reconnection fee. i called querying this and phumudzo says that people forget and that there is nothing that can be do . i must just pay the money to get reconnected. it makes no sense that you get disconnected for R 2.80 and dstv didn't notify me abt the short payment. this is unacceptable .
