Multichoice is Quick to disconnect so we can pay reconnection fee

We had our dstv diconnected over the weekend and even now.We getting terrible service from multichoice.We ussually pay our dstv via Internet transfer every month but on the due day the dstv was disconnected while we made payment on the same day We phoned close to 10 times trying to email the proof of payment and phone back to check if proof of payment is recieved several times Proof of payment was sent several times to *** then phone and phone to be told its ***/*** Up to now or subscription is still suspended, To make it worse had to pay reconnection fee

This is a very poor service we are getting from Multichoice because we do not have a choice.. and our weekend was not good since we have visitors as well .. Fm Malindi ***0
