Multichoice is not deleting personal data upon instruction

Multichoice has their switchboard phone number published on their website as the contact number of their data governance and compliance officer. The switchboard operator has no clue who their data officer is. Even though I've exercised my right by law to request for Multichoice to delete all my personal data which they have had for years, Multichoice has not comp****. I will now raise Multichoice's non-compliance of personal data deletion with the regulator.
