MULTICHOICE IS MISLEADING CUSTOMERS

I switch from compact to premium on 2021-04-06 due to the fact that on compact i paid R733 monthly and dstv advertised premium for 2 months for R599. The consultant told me that on month end the amount payable would be R664, just to find out that they are charging me R1006. Why are the lying on their adverti*****ts and misleading customers. I also asked her to cancel showmax and the secondary decorder as im not using it for some years now and she said yes but never did it. I will never ever recommend anyone to use multichoice.
