Multichoice is making me lose money.

I bought my dstv at game in Vincent, East London in 2015. Told there to go at multichoice just a building close by. I got there and told multichoice that there already a dish where I stay. They told me since I cant carry the dish with me, they have to install it, I'll have to come back whenever I need it. Now its 2018 and I need my dish, but they told me at multichoice that I cant have it bacause theres no such in their records. I'd have to buy a new dish, but they recommend I buy a new dstv.
