Multichoice is horrible

My account was deactivated, even though I've paid it. Price lock is a piece of ****, I called the call centre and spoke with an agent named Nonqeba she was not willing to assist and refused to put me through to her team Leader Nelisiwe, she even added that her team Leader or manager on the floor Nelisiwe left and she's not sure when she will return it might be hours so even if I hold ill be wasting my time and that she won't assist and no one will. Multichoice is really messed up, the service is horrible.

They keep on changing prices whereas they are saying it's price locked. They are a *******
