Multichoice is full of nonsense.

Wow! I am appalled at my recent interaction with DSTV (multichoice). I spent the whole day calling these people to fix a problem i had with my decoder instead their created more problems and made an even bigger mess with my connection. I hate that you call them but the can't even call you back when the line cuts, you have to call the again and speak to a different person who has no idea what going on so i have to explain my problem all over again and she comes up with her own solution that is different from the one previously. I am frustrated beyond measure and still my TV is not playing. I should just cancel and subscribe to Netflix rather this is some BS.
