Multichoice is ***

MultiChoice sucks !!!! I took a contract for two year I was paying 670 when I was about to finish my contract left with 1 month the amount changed now I had to 1009. I called them to enquire about the issue . No one could assist me one of the agents told me that the my contract ended that's why I had to pay more. I decided to downgrade my subscription. My DSTV was disconnected I was told that I am still on contract I was left with 1 month where I was told my contact ended that's why I had to pay more. The agents are clueless coz everyone has a different story to tell. Multichoice please train your staff we are expecting to get the write information when we call. And recently I decided to take a contact for two year where I was gonna get discount. I was told they will debit 520 monthly . Month end they debited 640 when I called in ,again different stories.... Multichoice really sucks
