Multichoice is ****ed up company.
Multichoice keeps disconnecting my services after I made payment on the 28th of February 2020. I have been in contact with Multichoice agents since December regarding my account and even spoke to some team leaders at your walk in centre in Cape Town.
Multichoice reversed two of my payments in my account in december 2019, hat is where all the **** started and I then had to pay it back in cash. They also made as if it was me who reversed the payments, tried to blame me for their **** UP. Then I had to pay almost R2500 to get my services reconnected at the end of December, because for some crazy reason, Multichoice stopped my preferred debit order payment method. Now on the 28th of February, I paid R31116.99, but my services was disconnected more than 6 times after that. I spend almost R400 on airtime calling and explaining my issues with their consultants, who is absolutely dumb as hell. They don't know how to read financial statements, everyone just telling me they are sorry that I have been disconnected.
I had to make another call on Thursday, 11/03/2020, because of Multichoice who disconnect me again forapprent non payment, after my next payment is only due on the 25th of March and I almost lost my marbles yesterday when my wife told me what they did. Multichoice, please get your act together, you are going to lose a lot more clients as I read on all social media platforms that you are doing this **** to everyone. Are you trying to make money out of people? **** all of you at Multichoice and please train all staff members how to speak to client, they have no respect.
