Multichoice is double charging me for wifi and disconnecting my tv services.

Multichoice is exploiting people, they are over changing me with amounts they cant even explain where they are coming from. I called on the 6th and 1 of their employees told me that I've been double charged for wifi and that she will reconnect my service s and escalate the matter, and she did. Today they disconnected me again and they are telling me that i still have to pay that balance. I asked to speak to a manager and the girl gave me another agent pretending to be a Manager. I've been their client for over 10 years. Im really disappointed.
