Multichoice is disorganised and unprofessional

I upgraded my dstc account to premium and I had to pay a certain amount to reconnect it. After paying that amount dstv kept adding extra amounts every week, charging for this and for that. Honestly, they are disorganised and need better management! It's enough that you have to pay 900 to watch repeats now they still ***** on top of that and don't even have a proper system manage queries mxm
