Multichoice is corning customers

I bought a dstv compact with one month free now yesterday when the installer tried to activate at customer care they say it's not there on the system and I'm supposed to pay R160 and the agent who was helping me said I shouldn't pay she'll escalate the matter but the system says I must the R160 within 48 hours, and now I don't know what to do because the installer with his experience told the dstv is going to to switch off in 2days
