Multichoice is breaching my consumer rights!
Since when do I have to give a months notice to cancel my service or downgrade it? THIS IS NEW!! Please advice where you notified me of this change?? Your consultant repeatedly said yesterday that the terms and conditions has not changed, so explain this to me? You are forcing me to use your service!<br> If I don't get feedback, I am taking this up with the ombudsman. I already left messages yesterday with no feedback! Bad service now as well?
