Multichoice is becoming a ****

So I am a Multichoice subscriber on Compact plus package. 3 months or so ago, I received a SMS that my services are now discounted I will pay R460 for my package until March 2019. So I statrted paying R460 now in the past month till now, my services have been disconnected more that 5 times. Last Sunday my services were disconnected again, called the guy who assisted me said my insurance was incorrectly billed, he will escalate it Today my services have been cut off again, spoke to an agent Mbali, that girl has such a bad ATTITUDE, she speaks as if she is the owner of DSTV. Well my airtime was exhausted while still arguing with this Mbali girl. I don't understand why Multichoice gives us discounts if the business can't honour them. My services are now cut but I have never missed a payment, what kind of **** are the running now?
