Multichoice is an ass

I never change my package all of the sudden my screen go on disconnection. When i send message to them and told them i paid already the 2nd for my package they say i must pay again reconnection fee of R452,but i already pay my package R429. And my due date is on the 5th. Mow i must wait for 24 to 48hrs to rectify it.

So now i want to knw who did change my package because i still have the same channels whole time.
