Multichoice is an Absolute Disgrace

I am extremely annoyed with Multichoice , I called on the 28th of January 2021 as per the attached proof to cancel the standalone showmax subscription. To my shock I am still being billed for this and I am at the point of taking legal action against multi choice. Go and check all your recordings for the 28th of January to confirm my call with multichoice and reverse these extra charges immediately
