Multichoice is a shame

I made a payment into the dstv account on the 28 of September 2018 for an amount of R500 the only issue is that I did not use the ref number I was supposed to so I called them since then and every one I spoke to including the supervisors advised me to send the proof of payment so they can request the funds to be transferred into the correct account! But non of that happend this company is eating people money poor people who don’t even have the privilege of voicing out their issues just imagine how many people r in the same issue as me all I need is a refund or the momey transferred into the correct account as advised by six people I spoke to... clearly lying or can’t do their job the airtime I have westaided calling the call center and being placed on hold for noting!!!!! Please bring back my R500 miltixhoice stop being ******
