Never to trust multichoice, they've introduced spin the wheel competition and most stockpilers won a free upgrade for a month then in May double billing problem started. Every month it's been a nitemare as I continued to a point where am sitting with a whooping bill of R1440, it keeps on changing now and then as it started from R1900, as we speak is on R1300 it clearly shows they are robbing customers as they can have an upper hand and suspended the services. I was told the was a system error from their side and it will be fixed to my monthly subscription, then boom the system credited me twice which is now my problem and I'm eligible to pay the amount due. Just to warn other customers be careful with multichoice competitions because it's a **** to lure customers and mistreat them afterwards.
