MULTICHOICE IS A *******
Good day mark
It is with utter frustration that I once again have to write this email.
Firstly, I am registered for a debit order to be processed from my account. Don't know why this wasn't processed.
Secondly, I should probably be glad that this debit order wasn't processed, because once again DSTV would have over charged me.
I spoke to Brandon Marks on the 2nd of March and the call lasted for over 21 minutes. I explained to him the frustration of my account being overcharged by about R91.00. He advised me that he would get someone from the accounts department to call me. To date I have not received a call from anyone at multichoice.
Today I called and spoke to Thando Tholo @ 18:32, who had me on a call for more than 42 minutes and had me holding with music playing in my ear for more than 30 minutes. My airtime ran out and no answers or conclusion to the call.
I called back at 19:14 and another call lasted for more than 10 minutes with Xolani and the call was eventually dropped in my ear.
I again called back at 19:26 and spoke to Thuli, call lasted for 15 minutes with no result and I was also placed on hold for the longest time.
On another call to multichoice, I spoke to Muzi- lasted for more than 10 minutes and still no satisfaction.
All these calls in a space of just over an hour, which had me spending more than R150.00 on airtime in one evening and about R200.00 in airtime on calls pertaining to only one query. Can I please get a refund on my airtime wasted by your consultants as none of them even bothered to call me.
Another call made at 19:55, and I spoke to Roshiwa, call lasted about 4 minutes with a promise that Roshiwa would call me back. Roshiwa called back, which is the one thing that I am grateful for. She explained to me that none of the other four consultants made any notes regarding my calls and queries and it became very frustrating having to explain myself to 5 consultants over and over again. She is the only person who went the extra mile to assist me by trying to make some sense of my statement. Roshiwa honestly deserves a GOLD MEDAL for going over and above to assist customers.
When I checked my statement today it shows that my account is outstanding with the amount of R976.
As I previously explained, the only charges that I want to see on my account/statements are the following: R499.00 for my DSTV Subscription R169.00 for Netflix
All the other nitty gritty charges can be viewed by your inhouse accounts departments.
PLEASE,,,,, PLEASE,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,PLEASE,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,PLEASE GET MY ACCOUNT SORTED.
