I am extremely appalled at how Multichoice continues to rip us off. Few months ago we were being over billed, called them to find out what exactly is going on, found out someone we don't even know subscribed to Showmax using our account. I managed to fix that and move on. Recently I realized I am being overcharged AGAIN! I stopped paying for two months. Called them today to find out why I am being overcharged, was told I have 3 active decoders. I don't even own 3 decoders, I only have 2. Now I can't reactivate my 2 decoders cos I have to pay a crazy amount for a 3rd decoder that I don't even own.
