Multichoice is a misnomer

I went back to DIGIWORLD with all documenattion for change of ownership. After many calls and many visits, they informed me that they still cannot do a change of ownership on my decoder. The also dont have smartcards. Suddenly, I need a new smartcard. BUT if I pay R350, they can give me a new smartcard and a new decoder. To crown it all, I pay via EFt and the account is on my (estranged) husbands name. Now they refuse to refund me my credit, they can only refund him. Keep the R295, you will need it with all the customers leaving DSTV. In contrast I got openview (EXCELLENT service) and Netflix (blown away).
