Multichoice is a joke

I wanted to use DSTV Streaming platform, when I tried to login I was told that my account is blocked. I contacted Multichoice contact centre on Wednesday 15 April 2026 and I was told that it will be resolved within 24-48 hours until today Sunday 19 April nothing is happening. Whenever I contact them again they always tell me that they will escalate. Multichoice is a joke. I am going to quit them and download waka tv. But if I was owing them, they were not gonna hesitate to disconnect my service.
